Welcome to TinyLife - Northern Ireland's premature and vulnerable baby charity, dedicated to reducing premature birth, illness, disability and death in babies born here.

TinyLife formerly NIMBA (Northern Ireland Mother and Baby Action) was initially set up to fund research into premature birth and death.  As the charity has grown so too have our services - as well as continuing to fund research we now also provide a family support programme and a breast pump loan programme.

Many of the babies we support will be born around 24 weeks weighing as little as 1lb!
